We begin with an in-depth consultation to understand your vision, preferences, and the occasion for your qipao. Our design team will guide you through fabric selections, silhouette options, and embellishment details.

Once the design is finalized, we will send you a payment link along with a measurement form. We recommend taking the form to a local tailor for the most accurate measurements. Alternatively, you can follow our online measurement guide, where we will walk you through the process step by step.

Once we receive your measurements, the production of your qipao may take up to 12–16 weeks, depending on the complexity of the style and design. As soon as your dress is completed, we will notify you regarding the shipping details.

Should you require any adjustments after receiving your dress, please feel free to visit a local tailor. Simply provide us with the receipt, and we will gladly reimburse your alteration costs up to $50.
